At Journey to Wellness Therapy, my mission is to provide compassionate and personalized counseling and mental health services. I strive to create a safe space where individuals from all walks of life can explore their thoughts and feelings. This is why, I created Journey To Wellness Therapy.
I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each of our clients to help them achieve their goals towards their journey to mental health wellness. Services can include individual therapy, family therapy, and more.
What is therapy?
Therapy sessions are scheduled meetings with a professional aimed to help you (the client) gain insight, knowledge, and tools to manage any difficult feelings/emotions/symptoms or to improve an area of your personal life. Schedule a consult or continue reading for more information.
What to Expect
Consult: When you elect a consult, you can share a brief summary of your needs and availability to ensure a good fit, then schedule an appointment.
Therapy Session: In our first therapy session, we'll start with introductions, getting to know each other, then once you are comfortable, you can share the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Hi there, I am a bilingual licensed clinical social worker based in California. I am a dedicated working mother of two and recently branched out to open my private practice after more than a decade of experience, education, and continuing education.
Helping others is my passion. If you ask me about my mental health journey, it all began with one question-why do people feel depressed, angry, anxious, or overly stressed? My journey continued when I began to look inward. I asked: Why is there so much hurt in my heart, and how do I feel better? I can tell you that the answer is different for all of us; I am here to help you find the answer for yourself.
My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to connect with others and my overall good intent for your well-being. I genuinely am so proud of you for taking your first step toward your journey to wellbeing!
